Piroska Cavell is an experienced clinician, speaker, and thought leader in aesthetic and metabolic medicine, with a unique multidisciplinary background spanning midwifery, cosmetic medicine, and health optimisation. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Obesity Management and Independent Prescribing, alongside a master’s degree in Cosmetic Medicine, and brings particular expertise in weight management, hormones, women’s health, and longevity.

She is the founder and clinical lead of CHL. Health and Life Coaching, based at the Spencer Private Hospital, where she delivers an innovative model of care integrating medical weight loss, aesthetic medicine, health and life coaching, together with fitness-led longevity strategies. Her clinical work frequently supports patients with facial change and volume loss related to illness, injury, neurological events such as stroke, and increasingly, the aesthetic and functional consequences associated with GLP-1 receptor agonist use.
