Dr Shirin Lakhani

Dr Shirin Lakhani is a GP and aesthetic practitioner, specialising in intimate health, sexual dysfunction and menopause. She offers treatment that includes vaginal tightening and PRP therapy for symptoms associated with the menopause, and is a significant voice of authority within the intimate health space.
Daniel Bulkin
Daniel Bulkin is the founder and CEO of Healistic, a healthtech platform connecting clinics, pharmacies and patients – centred around private e-prescription issuance and fulfilment. Daniel previously founded a series of other businesses and covered European healthcare investments at H.I.G. Capital.

Dr Nabil Elmahdawi

Nabil Elmahdawi is Senior Consultant in Clinical Oncology, who started his NHS medical career in 1997, has led an outstanding service to the British community and contributed positively to the running of its service in A&E and General and acute Medicine and last but not least in Oncology where he is the Head of Service of Clinical Oncology, Radiation oncologist and brachytherapist.
He developed his passion to medical aesthetics though supporting and being cofounder of eJoli clinic 9 years ago; his role is the medical director and the injector of this leading medical aesthetic clinic in Beverley, UK.
Nabil Elmahdawi is a trainer and safety educator in the aesthetics field and has received global and awards and commendation throughout his oncology and aesthetic career. His high expertise in gynaecology oncology and aesthetic medicine has led to his development in the functional and aesthetic improvement in women cancer survivors and cancer survivors to compact the aging process of this gruelling illness.
Dr Muninder Walia
With over a decade of frontline clinical experience, Dr. Walia is well-versed in all aspects of general practice. Accredited by the British Menopause society, she holds a particular interest and expertise in women’s health, with a special focus on menopause care, where she provides empathetic, evidence-based support tailored to each stage of a woman’s life.
She has more recently led her own personal journey through breast cancer and now spends a lot of her time empowering women with breast cancer awareness and iatrogenic menopause symptoms management in breast cancer survivors.
Together with her continuing NHS clinical practice, Dr. Walia has worked extensively in urgent care, out-of-hours services, and on digital GP platforms, offering accessible care across a wide range of clinical settings. She has worked as a GP in the private sector for over 10 years. Dr Walia is also a peer mentor and mentors other members of the multidisciplinary team, and enjoys teaching and training opportunities for her colleagues.
Known for her approachable style and clinical thoroughness, Dr. Walia is dedicated to empowering her patients with knowledge and guidance to make confident health decisions .
Tracey Jones
Tracey has been a qualified nurse since 1996 having roles in education and senior management. She is an independent prescriber educated to master’s Level and is a senior fellow for the higher education academy and a book author. Tracey has her own CQC registered skin clinic in Cheshire Blend Skin & Medical Aesthetics @blendskinclinic.
Tracey owns Inspire to Outstand a regulation consultancy and has supported over 500 clinics with CQC regulation matters. She has spoken at ACE, CCR, AM Live, AM North and the BACN and has been a judge for the Aesthetic Awards for the past three years.
Tracey’s specific interest is accountability having completed her MSc dissertation in this topic. She is a published author and has been a peer reviewer for two professional medical journals for several tears.
Eddie Hooker
Founder and CEO of Hamilton Fraser
Founder of Hamilton Fraser, Eddie Hooker is an expert in the cosmetic insurance sector with over 26 years’ experience. Hamilton Fraser were the first company to offer medical malpractice insurance specific to the cosmetic industry in 1996 and Eddie is passionate about continuing to raise standards in the sector. Eddie is an accomplished speaker who regularly provides support, advice and education to practitioners as an industry commentator on key topics such as aesthetics regulation, legislation, insurance and business growth. By working closely with the industry’s leading practitioners, training courses and distributors, Eddie has built up a detailed and unique understanding of the aesthetic market ensuring that Hamilton Fraser’s customer experience is founded on expert knowledge and support.
Dr Sophie Shotter
MBChbB, BSc (Hons), MBCAM
Dr Sophie Shotter is a multi-award winning aesthetic practitioner, with particular expertise in facial rejuvenation and women’s health. She is an international trainer for Allergan Aesthetics Faculty and sits on the Complications Board. Dr Shotter believes that balancing hormones is key to wellbeing and vitality as we age, and offers patients Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
Dr Priya Udani
Dr. Priya Udani is an award-winning dry eye specialist and oculoplastic surgeon known for her clinical precision and innovative contributions to ocular and aesthetic medicine. With a career spanning over a decade, she combines surgical expertise with a commitment to advancing the field through research, education, and mentorship, and an active contributor to published medical journals and national conferences, Dr. Udani is recognised as a leader in both ophthalmology and aesthetic eye care.
Dr Carys Sonnenberg
Has over 20 years as an NHS GP with an interest in women’s health. She is an accredited British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist and is the founder of Rowena Health Menopause Clinic. She is a diplomate of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy and in nutrigenomics and has an interest in holistic menopause management, metabolic health and weight management. She sits on the education committee for the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum. She is co-author for the book Women’s Health Made Easy, due to be published in 2025.
Alexandra Mills
RGN, RHV, MSc , BSc (Hons) PGD , INP , L7 PgDip in clinical aesthetics
Alex graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast. Alex studied both Nursing and Law. Alex was a nurse practitioner in a regional head and neck unit before moving into aesthetics. She has been working in the field of aesthetic medicine for 15 plus years and is the founder of AM Aesthetics, which has an outstanding reputation for “natural results” and patient care.
Alex has a keen interest in facial anatomy and education. She has attended master classes in London, Paris , Monaco and Asia. She has been a trainer and KOL for number of pharmaceutical companies in the UK and Ireland. She is multi published author in the realm of aesthetic medicine and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. Alex is a member of the British Association of Comestic Nurses and the London lead. Alex has been involved in a clinical study looking at toxin application with a large pharmaceutical company
Alex takes a global approach to managing ageing, delivering natural results. She firmly agrees with “a less is more” approach.
Miriam Martinez Callejas
Miriam Martinez Callejas is the Superintendent Pharmacist and Founder of Roseway Labs. This role allows her to provide the best medications to maintain a patient’s health and wellness. Martinez Callejas holds a master’s degree in Pharmacy with international experience in bio-pharmacy research, compounding and nutrition.
Dr Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun
MBBS BSc MRCP MRCGP DFSRH DRCOG
(Dr Sho) is a UK based portfolio General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience. Dr Johnson-Sogbetun strongly believes in the bio-psycho-social interaction that underpins health and well being and utilising this approach, she empowers her patients to live their healthiest lives physically and mentally.
She has a special interest in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health and menopause care. She delivers her high quality, holistic, personalised care to patients in both the National Health Service and Private sector.
As part of her interest in women’s health and the menopause, Dr Johnson-Sogbetun is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum where she also sits on the Rock My Menopause Committee. Additionally, she works as a GP with a special interest in gynaecology at an NHS community clinic.
She is a member of the RCGP North West London Faculty Board where she leads the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy. She partners with the Board to improve health equality for patients and create opportunities for GPs from underrepresented groups to advance their medical careers. She is the founder of HEAL for Black People, an organisation that educates the Black community on health issues and advocates for health equity.
Tracey Dennison
Tracey is the Consultant Nurse Practitioner at East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness, an aesthetic clinic which focuses on supporting women's hormonal changes including weight management. Tracey is also a clinical trainer with over three decades of nursing experience. She is also a British Menopause Society (BMS) Registered Advanced Specialist in menopause care and an educator in this field.
Charlotte Body
Charlotte Body is a businesswoman and the visionary behind M-Body Media.
Charlotte has launched, spearheaded and sold a number of successful businesses over the past 20 years, including Cosmetic News in 2010, now known as the Aesthetics Journal; the aesthetic specialty’s leading publication. Alongside this, Charlotte launched the Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition (ACE) in 2012.
She now owns and organises the UK’s largest menopause events, PAUSE Live and Menopause in Aesthetics.
Professor Joyce Harper
Joyce Harper is an internationally renowned, award-winning educator, author, podcaster, academic, public speaker, and scientist. She is Professor of Reproductive Science at University College London, Institute for Women’s Health.
Joyce is passionate about empowering women to live their best lives through good health and happiness. Her last book, Your Fertile Years, published by Sheldon Press, 2021, explores women’s health from puberty to menopause. She is working on her next book, drawing on insights from interviews with 51 inspiring women over the age of 50, who share their wisdom on health and happiness.
Her podcast, Why didn’t anyone tell me this? is listened to in over 90 countries.
Joyce is co-founder and co-lead of the UK Menopause Education and Support Programme (InTune), the International Reproductive Health Education Collaboration, and SWIMHER, a research network looking at women’s health and cold-water swimming. She regularly appears in the UK press, radio and TV.
Professor Faye Ruddock
Professor Faye Ruddock DL is Chair of Health Equity at the University of Greater Manchester and Founding Chair of the Caribbean & African Health Network (CAHN), a national Black-led organisation tackling health inequalities. She is a leading advocate for Black women’s health, with a focus on fibroids, reproductive equity, and maternal outcomes predominantly in the North West and nationally.
She co-chairs Greater Manchester’s Maternity and Neonatal Equity group and serves as NHS England’s North West Independent Chair for Anti-racism in Nursing and Midwifery. Her current fibroids research includes a national evidence-gathering initiative with nearly 500 responses from Black women.
Faye led the development of Public Health and nursing Masters programmes across local, regional, and national levels. Her research spans structural racism, co-production in maternity care, and emotional safety in healthcare. She holds a doctorate in health inequities and co-authored Decolonising Public Health through Praxis (2022), exploring systemic barriers to Black health in Britain.
She has chaired national advisory groups including the Diabetes UK Health Inequalities Commission and NHS England’s Black CVD Advisory Group. Faye is a Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester and District Chair for the Lieutenancy in Trafford.
